Experience Tai Chi while achieving balance – both physically and emotionally. The gentle dancelike movements help students become flexible, strong, and relaxed all at the same time. Ideal for anyone wanting to feel more at ease at the end of a busy day. Each class will include warmups, Qigong moves, and the Sun 21 Tai Chi form. Suitable for all levels of ability.

Introduction to Creative Journaling Workshop
Saturday 2.00 – 4.00 pm
Creative journaling offers a way to enhance your wellbeing by expressing yourself through using a blend of creative writing and visual arts. This involves a mix of short and longer guided exercises. This short workshop is not a creative writing or art class and no artistic or writing experience is required. The focus is on the process of creating and not how it looks or reads.
