Cooking

Raw Foods:     Monday, 6.00 – 8.00 pm 

(4 weeks)                                                                   

In these classes you will learn how to make delicious raw foods, main meals, guilt free sweets, comfort foods, snacks on the go and much more. You will take away the knowledge and understanding of the many benefits to your ongoing health and the confidence to be creative in your own kitchen.

Italian Cooking:     Thursday, 6.00 – 8.00 pm 

(4 weeks)                                                                                  

Enjoy the opportunity to learn and cook traditional Italian food, using a variety of ingredients and different techniques. In this course you will learn the Italian home tradition of an everyday meal using fresh seasonal products that you can easily find in Nelson.

Thai Cooking:     Wednesday, 6.00 pm – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks) 

Get started with cooking traditional Thai cuisine in a relaxed and friendly environment. This is the ideal way to enjoy a real Thai culinary experience of rich colours, unique flavours and aromas.

Malaysian Cooking:     Wednesday, 6.00 – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks) 

Learn to cook a diversity of the Southeast Asian country of Malaysia.  A primary melange of traditions from its Malay, Chinese, Indian, Indonesians and ethnic Bornean citizens. A symphony of flavours with wonderful fragrances.
