Waimea College has an approved Enrolment Scheme in place to help manage roll growth and to ensure its students can attend their local college. Students who live within the geographic zone have priority right of entry. For details on the boundaries of our enrolment zone, go to http://www.schoolzones.co.nz to download the geographic zone map.

All students interested in enrolling for 2014 can collect an enrolment pack by telephoning the school office and we will be happy to post one to you. This pack will contain details of enrolment procedures and key dates.
The exact number of out-of-zone places will depend on the number of applications received from students who live within the college's home zone. If the number of out-of-zone applications exceeds the number of places available, students will be selected by ballot (except in the case of special programmes, where the criteria in the enrolment scheme apply). Applicants will be advised of the results shortly after the ballot and successful applicants will need to notify us promptly whether or not they wish to accept the offered place. All unsuccessful applicants will go onto a wait list and if extra places become available, these will be offered to the next people on the list.
Enrolment applications close Friday 30 August 2013. If a ballot is required, this will be held on 12 September 2013.
