Application & Fees

International students wishing to study at Waimea College must submit their application to the Director of International Students at least 3 months prior to their intended arrival.

If you are accepted for study at Waimea College, you will be sent a Provisional Offer of Place and an Invoice of Fees.  Once your Invoice of Fees has been paid, you will then be issued with the Full Offer of Place and a Receipt.  You will need both of these documents to apply for your Waimea College Student Visa.  For further information on our current fees, please contact the Director of International Students at lisa.campbell@waimea.school.nz. Refund Policy

If a student leaves their intended course of study before the course completion date, they may be eligible for a refund of their tuition fees.  An application for a refund of fees must be made in writing, and approval is at the discretion of the school principal.
