Tai Chi
Thursday 7.30 – 8.30 pm (8 weeks)
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help with leg strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, breathing and a better sense of wellbeing. Class will include warmups known as Qigongs and the Sun 41 Tai Chi form. Suitable for all levels of ability. Most people are eligible for a 50% subsidy.

Belly Dance With Gretchen

A fun way to improve flexibility, fitness, coordination, posture, balance, and strengthen your core, all to beautiful Middle Eastern music. Try something different, meet new people and make new friends. Gretchen has been teaching for over 25 years.

Practical Self-Defence (Parent/Caregiver & Teen)
Monday 6.30 – 7.30 pm (6 weeks)
You and your teen will become more aware of your surroundings and potential dangers; to know how to avoid and de-escalate these, and if necessary, respond and recover. There is a practical element to the course – each session will contain group discussions and hands on scenario-based self-defence. You will both learn to defend yourself from the front, back, and ground-defence. No level of fitness required, just a willingness to participate and learn.
