Take the opportunity to learn and cook real traditional food from a very diverse cuisine that covers Mexico, Central America, The Caribbean and South America. A cuisine based on fresh ingredients, mainly gluten free product and simple techniques to cook wonderful home-made food. You will learn how to use a variety of products that you can easily find in Nelson but have probably you never used before.

Preserve De Taste of Summer:
One day Saturday workshop, 10.00 am – 3.00 pm NEW
Preserving is not just jam and chutneys. There is a good variety of techniques and recipes to preserve summer vegetables & fruit. In this unique course you to learn how to preserve zucchini, eggplants, capsicums, chili, gherkins, artichokes, and make your own sundried tomatoes plus tomato sauce. You will also learn how to bottle your summer fruits and dry summer herbs. Hands on learning with demonstrations also given.
