Take the opportunity to learn and cook real traditional food from a very diverse cuisine that covers Mexico, Central America, The Caribbean and South America. A cuisine based on fresh ingredients, mainly gluten free product and simple techniques to cook wonderful home-made food. You will learn how to use a variety of products that you can easily find in Nelson but have probably you never used before.

Get in shape for summer the healthy way while enjoying great food. We will cover main meals and reduced sugar dessert/snacks by demonstration or hands-on preparation by you. Weekly weight management plans, recipes, advice and information sheets included and adapted for those with food intolerances eg wheat or dairy.

Using an holistic approach to heal your body and soul, we will cook with golden spices like turmeric ,cumin and coriander to name a few which helps create a balance between the mind, body and the spirit.
