Bread, Cheese & Probiotic Foods (1):     Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm (2 weeks)

Learn how to make your own delicious, easy sourdough bread, wraps, crackers and cakes.  Create a simple soft cheese, enjoy tasting the results with the class and be educated on the health benefits of probiotic, fermented foods.  Take home information sheets, recipes and sourdough starter provided.

Thai Cooking:     Wednesday 6.00 – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks)

Get started with cooking traditional Thai cuisine in a relaxed and friendly environment. This program is the ideal way to enjoy a real Thai culinary experience of rich colours, unique flavours and aromas.

Malaysian Cooking:     Wednesday 6.00 – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks)

Learn to cook a diversity of the Southeast Asian country of Malaysia.  A primary melange of traditions from its Malay, Chinese, Indian, Indonesians and ethnic Bornean citizens. A symphony of flavours with wonderful fragrances.

Indian Cooking Demonstration:     One Day Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm

The fragrant spices of India will have your taste buds working overtime as you enjoy our Indian cooking demonstration where we create and share these delicious dishes with the class from this continent.  Using an holistic approach to  heal your body and soul, we will cook with golden spices like turmeric ,cumin and coriander to name a few which helps create a  balance between the mind, body and the spirit.

Italian Cooking:     Thursday 6.00 – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks)

Enjoy the opportunity to learn and cook traditional Italian food, using a variety  of ingredients and different techniques. In this course you will learn the Italian home tradition of an everyday meal using fresh seasonal products that you can easily find in Nelson.
