Bread, Cheese & Probiotic Foods (2):     Monday, 6.00 – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks)

Learn how to make your own delicious gluten free breads, pancakes and crackers, keifer yoghurt and cheese, water keifer fizzy drinks, health tonics, probiotic smoothies, and chutney, enjoy tasting the results with the class and be educated on the health benefits of probiotic, fermented foods.  Take home information sheets, recipes and sourdough starter provided.

Thai Cooking:     Wednesday, 6.00 – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks)

Get started with cooking traditional Thai cuisine in a relaxed and friendly environment. This program is the ideal way to enjoy a real Thai culinary experience of rich colours, unique flavours and aromas.

Malaysian Cooking:     Wednesday, 6.00 – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks)

Learn to cook a diversity of the Southeast Asian country of Malaysia.  A primary melange of traditions from its Malay, Chinese, Indian, Indonesians and ethnic Bornean citizens. A symphony of flavours with wonderful fragrances.

Latin American Cooking:     Thursday, 6.00 – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks)                                          NEW

Take the opportunity to learn and cook real traditional food from a very diverse cuisine that covers Mexico, Central America, The Caribbean and South America. A cuisine based on fresh ingredients, mainly gluten free product and simple techniques to cook wonderful home-made food.  You will learn how to use a variety of products that you can easily find in Nelson but have probably you never used before.

Italian Cooking:     Thursday 6.00 – 8.00 pm  (4 weeks)

Enjoy the opportunity to learn and cook traditional Italian food, using a variety  of ingredients and different techniques. In this course you will learn the Italian home tradition of an everyday meal using fresh seasonal products that you can easily find in Nelson.
