Introduction to Adobe Lightroom: Wednesday 6.30 – 8.30 pm (4 weeks) NEW
Course suitable for those with basic computing skills. Gain the confidence to navigate around Adobe Lightroom with ease. We’ll look at file management, image processing including photo enhancement tools and techniques. A guide book will be supplied.

Digital Photography: Monday 6.30 – 8.30 pm (8 weeks)
Students will gain a stronger understanding and confidence in using their digital cameras. Techniques to increase their success and take control of the creative aspects of their photography will be taught in a fun and highly informative course. Beginners welcome.

Real Life Maths: Monday 6.00 – 8.00 pm (10 weeks) NEW
If you have unfinished business with maths. If maths left you behind at school. If it gives you the horrors (argh!). If you want to top up your maths skill for work or life, then this is the course for you! A good grip of maths has all kinds of benefits. Make your money go further. Measure things properly in the kitchen. Understand things you read in the news. Help kids with their homework. This is a basic maths course. If you’re a mathematician, don’t apply!

Radio Controlled Model Aircraft: Monday 7.00 – 8.30 pm (2 weeks) + Saturday/Sunday TBC
Are you interested in learning to fly radio controlled electric model aircraft? This short introductory course covers the basics of model and equipment selection, setting up the aircraft, and what to know for your first flight. Learn how to make the correct equipment choice and maximise successful flying. Includes a practical weekend 90 min session at the Wakapuaka model flying site (weather permitting).
